Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling and WhatsApp to introduce our products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key prospects.
• Schedule product demos.
2. Proposal Development and Negotiation:
• Negotiating on the pricing, and service agreements to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal pipelines in the CRM system.
• Generate regular sales reports and analysis to assess sales effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for Self-improvement.
Desired Profile:
• Minimum Education Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 -3 years of sales experience preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Need to have basic knowledge on MS Office 365.
Compensation:
The final CTC will depend upon candidates' experience and performance during the interview and will be at the company's discretion.
