Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Lakhotia College Of Design. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our business and driving growth. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. With our strong reputation and expanding presence, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the success of our organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Knowledge of the fashion design or education industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Two/Four wheeler with Driving licence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Travel to clients' places and conduct business meetings/enquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry professionals, and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic business plans
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging market trends
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support business development efforts
