Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development located in Noida. The Sales Business Development will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and maintaining strong communication within the team.
• Prospect Engagement: Engage with potential clients, students, and
educational institutions to understand their needs, provide information
about the programs offered, and build relationships to facilitate the
admission process
• Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships
with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any
concerns or inquiries they may have regarding admissions or related
services
• Admissions Process Management: Guide prospective students through
the admissions process, including application submission, document
verification, and enrolment procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient
experience.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, best
practices, and regulatory requirements related to admissions counselling
and higher education to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to providing
exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving
issues, and exceeding expectations to foster positive relationships and
promote brand loyalty.
IMPORTANT POINTS :
• Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage with prospects and create interest in our offerings.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their suitability for our products/services.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to educate prospects about our solutions and address their pain points.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and drive pipeline growth.
• Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and conversion.
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate

SALARY PACKAGE UP TO - 8 LPA
Fixed Salary - 75%
Another Salary Part Variable - 25% (Target Based)
