With over a decade of experience in the industry, our team of certified counselors stands as pillars of support, guiding students through every phase of their international education journey.  Job Description: As a Business Development Executive at Top Uni Admit, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organization by expanding our clientele base and fostering strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and fostering meaningful relationships with educational institutions.   Key Responsibilities:   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize business opportunities.  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including students and parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and enhance customer satisfaction.  • Represent Top Uni Admit at industry events and networking forums to strengthen our brand presence and expand our network.  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.  • Seek feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve our services and offerings.     Requirements:  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, educators, and industry professionals.  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond effectively to changing priorities.  • Familiarity with study abroad processes, university admissions, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities is preferred.  Perks & Benefits:  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.  • Comprehensive training and support from industry experts.  • Flexible working hours and a dynamic work environment.  • Travel opportunities for networking and business development.
