Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Business Development Executive [Sales \ Marketing] role, located in Chennai with the flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing new and existing partnerships, and promoting Manya's services to education consultants, schools, universities, corporations, and individuals. They will also collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, identify market opportunities, and build customer networks to increase sales revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in the education industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful partnerships
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close deals while maintaining the integrity and reputation of the company
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, with experience in market research and analysis, and familiarity with CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Understanding of study abroad services, admissions consulting, test preparation, and English language training is a plus
  • Experience working with diverse populations and/or international business experience is a plus
