Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Job involves Travelling to Gujarat Region.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Diploma in Mechnical Engineering or BE in Engineering/ MBA
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education or training industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the education and training industry
  • Knowledge of Soft Skills & Communications Training, English Language Coaching, and Recruitment Services is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Lubricants, valves, tools, bearings, pumps, oil, grease, and construction industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new business opportunities by prospecting and contacting potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for business growth
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our training and recruitment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide timely and relevant insights to clients
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system
