About the Role: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in our student recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for conducting need-based presentations and demos to showcase the value proposition of BIA's offerings making and making outbound calls to prospective students, informing them about our analytics programs, and answering their query.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote BIA programs.
• Provide clear and concise information about our courses, curriculum, and career opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for educational counseling with our admissions team and collaborate with the marketing team to develop - execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Build rapport with potential students and address their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/bachelor's degree holder in business administration, marketing, or any other related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear and confident command in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience in sales/marketing/tele calling or a related field (a plus).
