Business Development Executive in Delhi (Job Vacancy)

Position - Project Co-ordinator Roles and Responsibilities:- • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to schools, introducing our workshop programs and generating interest among potential customers. • Prospect Research: Conduct research on schools to identify decision-makers, understand their needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly. • Product Knowledge: Become well-versed in our workshop offerings, including the curriculum, benefits, and unique selling points. • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to establish trust and credibility. • Objection Handling: Address objections and concerns raised by schools, providing solutions and benefits to overcome hesitations. • Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between schools and internal teams to resolve any issues or conflicts related to workshop scheduling or content • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with potential leads through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and move them towards registration. • Closing Sales: Achieve sales targets by persuading schools to register for our workshops and assisting with the enrolment process. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions, including contact details, followup dates, and feedback in the company database, CRM, as required by your reporting manager.
