The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements of the branch and deliver accordingly to reach targets related to:
- Lead generation
- Walk-in generation
- Brand awareness
- Promotions, Events & Activities
- Visits to Colleges / Schools / Institutions daily and collects at least 2 to 4 prospects per day.
- Thorough product knowledge
- Ensure marketing activities are executed according to the plan and collects at least 100 leads a week from Offline Marketing
- To collect 2nd, 3rd and final year Engineering, Pharmacy colleges data throughout the year. Monthly at least 5000 data is expected to be collected.
- At least 8 - 10 Seminars a month (combination of engineering Plus II, pharmacy colleges) is expected to be conducted at the reporting center.
- Ensure that counsellor / branch has enough leads / data for reaching the targets
- Ensure that enough walk-ins are generated for a counsellor / branch to reach targets assuming a conversion of 50% from walk-in to enrolment.
- Enough leads & walk-ins to be generated course wise based on the targets assigned to the counsellor / branch
- Identify innovative ways of Marketing apart from offline, online and College Marketing.
- Responsible for ATL & BTL activities
