JOB DESCRIPTION: • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company, including college committee tie-ups, B2B partnerships for accommodation, bank accounts, insurance, forex, etc., and university tie-ups. • Proactively reach out to potential partners and clients, building relationships and generating leads. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve target revenue goals. • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction repeat business. • Plan, organize, and manage educational events, including education fairs, pre-departure seminars, and workshops. • Handle event logistics, including venue bookings, speaker coordination, attendee management, and event flow management. • Provide value-added services to existing clients, including B2B sales of complementary products and services. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote the company's services and events.
