Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with new business development, lead generation, business, and communication.
Role Description
- Recruitment and Training of Campus Ambassadors from Universities across the country.
- Effective follow up with inbound and outbound lead calls , making presentations of prospects and closing the sales .
- On boarding new clients.
Experience: 1- 8 yrs
CTC: 2,00,000 -3,60,000 P.A. plus 20k Monthly Average Incentives and Unlimited Monthly Incentives
Location: B-12, Sector-6,Noida, U.P. (Nearest Metro Station- Sector-15)
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business skills
• Proficient experience in B2B sales and client management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Account Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in sales and marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Type - WFO : B-12, Sector-6, Noida.
Working Days - 6 Days (Sunday Week off)
