The company, located in Noida, was established by Alumnus of IIT Roorkee. Ingenium Education aims to help individual teachers, coaching institutes, and schools boost their brand's identity.
About the job
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help establish and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, closing deals, and ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Be proficient in conducting live demos and resolving any technical queries the customers might have.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Setting and achieving sales targets and objectives as outlined by the company's management.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business development, and continuously improving skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports and analysis on business development activities, including sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to senior management.
Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Development (B2B sales or B2C sales). Have experience in building businesses from scratch not sales management only.
- You have a strong knowledge of business development using social media channels.
- Having exposure to enterprise/institutional/B2B selling, SaaS selling is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 25,000/month + Incentives.
Schedule: Day shift 10 AM to 7 PM
Ability to commute/relocate:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
