Business Development Executive for Coaching(Female only):
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at The AriJen Education Technology Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our coaching services within the EdTech industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential clients and market opportunities within the EdTech industry.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Ready to Travel nationally and Internationally on need basis with proper planning.
- 6 Days working from the Office. Time 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Lead day-to-day operations, and coordination with Faculty Team, Digital Marketing, Technical teams, and other partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the EdTech industry.
- Strong knowledge of coaching services and their application in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
