• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional materials.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to schools, showcasing the value of our EdTech solutions.
• Negotiate and sign up association with schools, ensuring profitable contracts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Stay updated with industry developments and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English to effectively engage with heads of schools and build relationships.
• Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
