About the Role:
As the Business Development Manager of Institutional Sales for Employability Advantage, your
primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to drive
sales growth within the institutional (Universities, Colleges) market segment. You will work closely with our product
development, marketing, and operations teams to identify and target key decision-makers and stakeholders within educational institutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Higher Education Sector/ University/College Sector and its customers, have previous exposure, and experience with institutional sales, and have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
within this space. Experience in B2B sales and advanced communication
skills will excel in this role.
Selection Criteria:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, or marketing, or an advanced degree such as an MBA can also be an asset.
• Experience: Significant sales experience is essential for this role. 5 years experience in sales with at least 2 years in sales management
• role with B2B Sales.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is a requirement for this role of strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting: analyze the target market (Institutions/ Universities/ Colleges) within India
• Identify and qualify potential leads through research.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to develop targeted marketing materials and pitch kits that are in line with the Brand.
• Ensure a robust understanding of SaaS Agreements including how agreements need to be made, signed off, and recorded to ensure monitoring of renewals.
• Maintain robust and engaging relationships with stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
