We have openings for the Teaching faculty and Business Development Manager for the Skill Academy and Training Institute

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles in education sector
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in [industry/sector] is a MUST

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients – educational institutions.
  • Lead the development and execution of targeted sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Location: Chennai. Willing to Travel

Pay Scale: Competitive Salary. Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates
