Business Development Manager (Job Vacancy)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals with schools interested in setting up a Robotics Lab. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly persuasive, and able to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through both in-person visits and virtual meetings
• Pitch the Robotics Lab product to schools and explain its benefits to decision-makers
• Build and maintain relationships with school decision-makers
• Provide demonstrations of the Robotics Lab product to interested schools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new pitches and strategies to improve conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system
• Follow up with schools to ensure that they have all the information they need to make a decision
• Negotiate and close deals with schools to set up Robotics Lab

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BDM, preferably in a school or education-related setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly persuasive with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using a CRM system to manage leads and customer information
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data to measure performance
