Job Title: - Business Development Manager
Location: - Faridabad (Full-time position)

Key Responsibility Areas:
- Business Development:
- Generate leads from corporate and target institutions for CCRC, proposing trainings, CSR initiatives, start-up incubation, recruitments, and B.Voc programs.
- Maintain a contact database of prospective relationships for Kalinga University.
- Present the 3 P: The Power Placement Program to universities and higher education institutes.
- Secure appointments for directors and senior management to build and strengthen relationships.
- Revenue Generation:
- Establish connections with corporate leads, institutions, and HR departments, exploring and creating opportunities for training, CSR projects, and placements within the CCRC Vertical (Minimum 5 programs scheduled per month).
- Identify and prospect outbound training programs contributing standalone revenue for the University (Minimum 3 per month).
- Internal Responsibilities:
- Participate in Kalinga University CCRC customer-centric activities such as conclaves and summits.
- Contribute to documentation, project reports, and post-training report completion for all projects undertaken.
- Coordinate with other departments for outreach and execution of CCRC initiatives.
- Provide weekly updates and daily reports on work done.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Kalinga University's offerings in Delhi NCR.
- Client Relationship Management: Visit various Manufacturing and IT companies to establish connections with HR departments and key decision-makers, cultivating strong relationships to facilitate entry into these organizations.
- Business Expansion:-Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the assigned territory. Strategize ways to penetrate new markets and industries effectively.
- Networking:-Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance the visibility of Kalinga University and forge partnerships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Market Research:-Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Utilize insights to tailor sales and marketing approaches accordingly.
- Lead Generation:-Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and networking. Follow up on leads promptly and efficiently.
- Sales Presentations:-Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Kalinga University's academic programs and services.
- Travel: Be willing to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and occasionally to other locations as required for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the education sector or related industries.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Smart, confident, and possessing a good personality. Must be able to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated: Proactive and self-driven individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Must be flexible with work hours and travel requirements.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
