Job Description
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Accountable and Responsible for managing Sales
- Responsible for achieving Sales Target of given by organization through Direct Sales
- Ensure support to Partner Relationship department in Sales visits and Conversion
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying RFP (request for proposal) bids, referrals and other qualified leads by providing sales and marketing information, and follow up information as required
- Organize School after sales activities and provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Identify new institutional customers through regular cold calling, prospecting, funneling and ensure maximum conversion and ensure engagement of new as well as existing institutional customers
- Responsible for client onboarding and end to end process of getting MoU until payment collection
- Identify all the key players, potential partners (for example RP/OP) in your assigned market and build great relationships with them, to achieve the organizational goals
- Gather in depth knowledge of clients business, organizational structure and business processes to drive sales
- Recommend pricing strategies tactics for the city Result oriented individual with high energy, positivity and motivation
- Continual effort to understand the investment advisors outlook and what is happening politically, economically and market specifically around the world
- Work along with and support Digital Marketing team for achieving quality lead and building the brand value
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the value and market share for every product category within the business unit in the assigned territory
- Ensure that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity
- Handle the Business Operations, Sales Marketing divisions in Institution collaborations
- Accountable for effecting cost controls to ensure Sales expenditures are well within allocated and agreed budgets
- Has to be a part of all the DIYA events ..(At the time of events props will be given which as to be taken care without any damages)
- Any Other Activities As Required By The Management
Requirement
- Good English Communication and voice modulation skills
- Travel Allowance Applicable as per Norms
- Languages English, T el ugu Preferably Hindi)
