We are hiring: CatalyseR is inviting people as Business Development Managers – Ground Sales who have good communication skills, convincing ability & who can connect with Schools, Coaching Institutes, Residential Societies and other relevant channels to increase the network & reach of CatalyseR. This is ground sales profile that may require about 15 days of travel per month.

Job Description:
1) Designation - Business Development Manager – Ground Sales
2) Work Profile:
• Do visit to Schools, Coaching’s, Residential Township’s & other associates channels & point of contact to increase the reach & base of CatalyseR
• Do follow-ups and convert prospects
• Explaining features & providing counselling to generated leads who have shown interest to be associated with CatalyseR & thereafter do MOU
• Present reporting & track progress of tie-up & leads generation
• Should be ok to travel since profile is of ground sales and shall require travel, Minimum 15 days per month.
• Report & give presentations on performance progress to Head office on a regular basis & as per schedule
Remuneration - Basic salary range Upto 7 LPA plus incentives. The exact take home remuneration will be finalized with you during interview.
