For more details, visit www.pibm.in Position: BDM– Sales and Marketing Annual CTC: As per market standard Location: Jaipur, RJ Job Description: Position Summary: This position requires achieving business targets pertaining to sales, lead generation, counselling, pre-sales, query resolution of prospects and closing of sales. The position exists for coordination with channel partners and ensuring achievement of business targets. The position is responsible for expansion of channel partner network width and depth in assigned territory. Key Responsibility Areas: ● Building relationship with college’s and coaching centres ● Counselling and Admissions of Students. ● Achievement of individual targets with respect to admissions ● Managing existing sourcing partner network ● Zero conflicts within the Aspirants, Colleges, Franchises and Training Institutes ● Expansion of sourcing partners ● Manage and develop Channel/Sourcing Partner network ● Understand market trends, competition and suggest process improvements ● Work closely with Regional Head for sales performance Note: Above mentioned are the few responsibilities, the job responsibilities will be updated from time to time as and when required.
