We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at the Indian School of Image Management (ISIM). As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for ISIM Training Programs.
- Identify and target potential clients to promote and sell our training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our training programs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations, tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trainers and program coordinators, to ensure successful delivery of training programs and client satisfaction.
