Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
1.Develop and implement high-impact sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
2.Utilize sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive growth.
B2B Partnerships
1.Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with schools, language schools, and other educational institutions to extend ALLEN Global’s reach.
2.Implement revenue-sharing models, co-branding opportunities, and joint programs with partners.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
1.Build, manage, and coach a high-performing sales and business development team focused on B2B partnerships, student acquisition, and revenue generation.
2.Conduct specialized training sessions to continually improve team skills and market knowledge.
Client Relationships & Account Management
1.Serve as the primary point of contact for key business accounts, ensuring student satisfaction and addressing escalated issues efficiently.
2.Maintain lasting relationships with educational institutions through consistent and valuable interactions.
Market Research & Strategy
1.Conduct detailed market research to identify potential partners, competitors, and market trends specific to the study abroad and test prep sectors.
2.Adapt and implement business strategies based on real-time analytics and feedback.
Financial Management
1.Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and P&L analysis for B2B partnerships and B2C models.
2.Ensure maximum ROI from established partnerships and business initiatives.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with legal and accreditation standards related to educational partnerships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA highly desirable.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive managerial experience, with at least 1 year in the study abroad, test prep, or educational consulting sector.
• Proven track record of generating revenue, meeting sales targets, and establishing successful B2B/B2C models.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
