The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and creating strategies to drive business growth. This is a hybrid role on field and in office, but with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications • Proven experience in business development and sales • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Knowledge of the education industry and early childhood development is a plus • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Ability to work independently and in a team • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
