We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- It’s a purely B2B Sales profile. The schools/clients will have to be mapped
by the person.
● The entire life cycle of an account is managed by a single salesperson.
● After acquiring the client the job requires getting the maximum share of
the business.
● There are multiple contact points in all the clients and the most common
touchpoints are Principals, Teachers, and HOD.
Eligibility Criteria
● Knowledge of territory.
● Good communication and presentation skills.
● Hard negotiating skills.
● Good interpersonal relationship.
Knowledge / Education
- ● Should be a graduate
● Should preferably have exposure to the Educational Sales industry.
● Should be a part of the hardcore Business development team (field sales)
● Should understand Business Dynamics.
