Job Location – Pune
Qualification: MBA- Marketing from a Good Institute (preferable) /BE/B.Tech.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years in Sales & Marketing in Maharashtra [Preferably in Education Sector(Experience from MBA/PG colleges preferred)]
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning of all Admission Activities
• Ensure the Branding of ISB&M particularly in Maharashtra region
• Strategy to achieve the targets.
• Ensure proper coordination and liaison with all the campuses
• Build good rapport, motivate and maintain high morale of reporting staff.
• Ensure proper counseling of all walk-in candidates to achieve a good conversion ratio.
• Getting, utilizing and maintaining student databases through internal and external sources.
• Taking initiative on promotional activities such as organizing events, seminars and conferences for student admission.
• Tie up with internal and external agencies, institutes, corporate or officials to achieve student admission targets.
• Provide necessary information, data, analysis required for the purpose of college
• Ensure a smooth process and effective assessment methods during the admission process to get a good quality of students.
