Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Professional - International Sales at SSDN Technologies. The professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, and customer service. The role involves expanding the company's international sales and establishing strong relationships with clients.
Responsibility:
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities to achieve sales targets
• Identify and qualify potential leads individuals and corporate sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our services.
• Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and managing customer relationships.
• Manage and develop existing client relationships.
• Track and analyze sales data and identify market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients and increasing revenue.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the industry.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (EdTech/Relevant Industry experience a plus).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• In-depth knowledge of the training certifications (EdTech) landscape and current trends (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
