Job Description

Job Title: Call Center Operations Manager - Arya College Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Call Center Operations Manager to join our team at Arya College. This pivotal role involves managing our CRM system (LeadSquared), directly interacting with counsellors, assisting with their calling processes, and leading the call center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM management, exceptional communication skills, and leadership experience. Key Responsibilities: - CRM Management: Oversee the utilization of LeadSquared to ensure optimal performance. This includes managing leads, monitoring the sales funnel, and generating reports to track progress. - Counsellor Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all counsellors. Provide training and assistance with the calling process, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed. - Team Leadership: Manage the call center team, setting clear targets and motivating staff to achieve goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for improvement. - Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve calling processes and strategies. Implement best practices for customer interaction and follow-up. - Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other departments within Arya College to ensure a cohesive approach to student recruitment and support. - Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all call center activities comply with relevant laws and college policies. Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all interactions.  Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in call center management, CRM systems (preferably LeadSquared), and team leadership. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. - Analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. - Familiarity with the education sector and student recruitment processes is a plus. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
