Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a CDE at Heartcounts located in Thane. As a CDE (Career Development Engineer), you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive upskilling programs for early-stage professionals interested in sales careers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training modules, provide personalized mentorship, and ensure job readiness for our participants. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs, incorporate industry best practices, and drive the success of our participants.

Qualifications
