About The Role • We are searching for a passionate and experienced CFA Charterholder to join our team as a Coaching Mentor in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting CFA Program candidates through all three levels of the program. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the curriculum, strong communication skills, and ability to motivate others to help our candidates achieve success. Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions tailored to individual candidate needs and learning styles. • Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters a deep understanding of the CFA Program curriculum. • Develop and deliver effective study plans and strategies to maximize candidate success. • Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to help candidates identify areas for improvement. • Stay up-to-date on the latest CFA Program curriculum changes and industry trends. • Participate in the development and improvement of our CFA coaching program. Qualifications • CFA Charterholder designation. • Minimum 1 years of experience coaching CFA Program candidates. • Proven track record of helping candidates achieve success in the program. • Strong understanding of the CFA® Program curriculum across all three levels. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. • Experience developing and delivering effective study plans is a plus.
