Job Title: Campus Engagement Manager (Sales)

Location: Dehradun

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 Plus Incentive

B School Bulls, a leading Experiential Learning platform, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Campus Engagement Manager (Sales) to join our team. As a Campus Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach by promoting and onboarding our innovative educational products to colleges, universities, schools, and NGOs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach:
    • Engage with potential clients through effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of B School Bulls' products.
    • Conduct sales calls to establish rapport and communicate product value propositions.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and target colleges, universities, schools, and NGOs for product promotion and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for lead generation.
  • Onboarding:
    • Guide and assist educational institutions in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
    • Provide necessary training and support to clients during the integration phase.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and stay ahead in the Edutech product sales field.
  • Flexibility:
    • Demonstrate flexibility to travel and visit various campuses as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective presentations and communicate over the phone.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Edutech product sales or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
