Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from institutes & colleges.
Build and maintain Relationships with university stakeholders.
Identify and engage with high potential candidates through giving presentations and inform about company background.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to access their qualification, skills set & experience.
Ability to engage and connect with students and stakeholders
Ability to plan and execute campus events and initiatives effectively.
Liasoning with institutions’s stakeholder & orphanage’s stakeholder.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholder involved in onboarding process.
Responsible for onboarding new orphanages and onboarding two to three candidates from there on a monthly basis or as per requirement.
Should be comfortable for visit to nearby places.
Qualifications & Skills :
Should have bachelor degree or related field.
Excellent follow-up and comfortable for visits in Delhi NCR twice a week.
Understanding of recruitment techniques & Processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS office & Excel.
Good in Public relations and reputation building.
Excellent research skills and presentation skills.
