Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Career Counselor at Red & White Multimedia Education in Ahmedabad. As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for providing career counseling to students, assisting with career development and management, and providing student counseling services. You will also be responsible for effective communication with students and helping them with their career goals. Qualifications • Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills • Experience in Student Counseling • Excellent communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work well with students • Positive and supportive attitude • Experience in the education industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field Responsibilities • Should maintain repo build with a client to close the lead. • To do entry in CRM and maintain other records. • Organizing and participating actively on & off campus Events & functions. • Ensuring proper handling of all queries and walk-ins by effective counseling. • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing • exemplary customer service. • Update daily /weekly/monthly reports and send it to the Branch Sales Manager/Branch Head. • Overall responsibility for the sales growth of the Branch. • Follow new changes and Methods for counseling and follow up to grow the business of the assigned Branch. • Calling for new lead generation and calling for follow-ups after counseling. • Supporting the sales team for Seminars and Workshop. • Train Tele callers how to take calls, identify quality leads and convenience targeted audiences to visit the Branch. • Take a report from a Tele caller every day and make sure no any missed activities in CRM.
