Position: Law Career Counsellor Key Responsibilities: Counselling Aspirants: Provide comprehensive guidance to students preparing for the Judicial Services Examination Handling Inquiries: Address inquiries from walk-ins at our center and engage with online leads for course enrollments Personalized Guidance: Offer individualized study strategies and advice based on the specific needs of each student Staying updated: Keep abreast of updates and changes in the Judicial Services Examination format and syllabus. Student Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure retention and ongoing support Team Collaboration: Work closely with the academic team to enhance counseling techniques and student experiences Qualifications (Preferred): Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Education, Counseling, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in academic counseling, preferably related to judicial services exam preparation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and online communication tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. Position: Growth POC with Subject Expertise Key Responsibilities: POC for Centre Growth: Overall responsibility of the centre growth Outreach and Networking: Develop and implement strategies to promote our center in academic institutions and other relevant platforms. Conducting Educational Sessions: Sessions in colleges and other educational settings, enhancing our visibility and student engagement Building Partnerships: Establish partnerships with educational institutions for potential collaborations and student referrals • Qualifications: Law Graduate with experience in public speaking and collaborations.
