Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor at College Vidya, located in Noida. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding their career development, career management, and career counseling. They will also be responsible for student counseling and effective communication with students.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Experience in student counseling
• Strong communication skills
• Empathy and understanding of student needs
• Knowledge of educational pathways and career options
• Ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
