Career Training & Development Associate in Gurgaon (Job Vacancy)

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate who is eager to learn about our company and work closely with the 'Career Services' team to conduct research, capture data, train, and counsel students on a regular basis to make them placement-ready. To be successful as an associate, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include • Designing, developing, and delivering tailored and impactful training initiatives for our students • Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals • Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counseling to suit their skills • Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs • Evaluating individual and organizational development needs • Implementing various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job shadowing, online training) • Designing and delivering soft skills courses, workshops, and other training • Assessing the success of development plans and helping students make the most of learning opportunities • Maintaining the database of students & ensuring that the students are placement-ready About Company: Internshala's mission is to equip every student with practical skills and exposure so that they can build their dream careers.
