This strategic role demands an innovative leader capable of driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and managing business costs efficiently. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead your category to achieve and surpass its business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • P&L Management: Take full responsibility for your category's profit and loss, ensuring financial health and growth. • Distribution and Funnel Expansion: Strategically expand distribution channels and enhance the top of the funnel to widen customer reach and engagement. • Sales Leadership: Implement robust sales strategies to ensure rigorous sales activity, meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Conversion Rate Optimization: Leverage insights and analytics to improve conversion rates, ensuring a seamless path from discovery to purchase. • Digital Marketing and Branding: Drive digital marketing initiatives and branding efforts to increase brand visibility and market penetration. • Team Leadership and Hiring: Build and lead a high-performance team, taking charge of hiring and developing talent to meet business needs. • Cost Management: Oversee business costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency.
