  • Responsible for overall operations of the centre.
  • Manage the centre staff and ensure that all the staff are performing their duties as per the job description.
  • Ensure that the centre is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that the centre is meeting the set targets and goals.
  • Ensure that the centre is following the policies and procedures of the organization.
  • Ensure that the centre is providing quality services to the customers.
  • Ensure that the centre is complying with the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the centre.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the customer base of the centre.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the revenue of the centre.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce the cost of operations of the centre.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the centre.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of services provided by the centre.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the safety and security of the centre.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the working environment of the centre.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the morale of the staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer service.
