• Be a voice for Openhouse within and outside the learning hub
2. Centre Supervision & Learning Outcomes

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience: A minimum of two years experience in a leadership or a management role.
Leadership: If you can lead by example, set a vision and motivate your team to work towards it
Ayesha, the Centre Director at our Sarjapur centre stepped in when our Public Speaking teacher unexpectedly called in sick during the quarterly showcase. Not only did she conduct an extraordinary Public Speaking showcase at the centre but also ensured that the other showcases ran smoothly, rallying the other teachers to cover additional responsibilities and ensuring a memorable experience for both students and parents.
Teamwork: The prowess to synergize diverse groups for a combined goal.
Take the case of Sheela, our Centre Director at our JP Nagar Centre. During the quarterly showcase, Sheela orchestrated a team-up between the teachers: the Art teacher helped with the set design and stage aesthetics for the Theatre and Public speaking performances, while the Public Speaking teacher coached other instructors on delivering post-showcase speeches. The result? A seamlessly integrated event that showcased the talents of both students and teachers.
Problem Solving: You have a keen ability to anticipate challenges, even before they become apparent.
Think of Shruti - Centre Director at our Indiranagar Centre, who noticed one of her brightest students in Robotics and Chess not coming for classes anymore. She promptly organised a meeting with the child's parents and the respective teachers. Together, they devised solutions for the child’s scheduling conflicts, and ensured that the parent and child felt supported. At Openhouse, nothing should come in between a child and his/her learning journey.
Building Relationships: More than just children and parents, for us, it’s about building a community.
Shantanu - Centre Director at our Whitefield Centre once received feedback from a parent considering withdrawing their child from the Dance program. Instead of accepting the decision, Shantanu arranged a meeting. He listened to their concerns, provided insights into the program’s benefits, and clearly communicated the child’s current progress to the parents with the help of the progress tracker that was maintained by the teacher. The outcome? The student remained enrolled and went on to perform a solo in the next showcase.
Tech Skills: We don’t just use technology; we let it guide us towards the right path.
Krithi, at the Theatre Road centre, is known for her data-driven strategies. Using our advanced analytics platform, she precisely identified students at risk of unenrolling. With targeted interventions, from personalised feedback sessions to tailored learning experiences, she managed to retain 90% of those flagged students in the next enrollment cycle.
