Manage all leads in a structured manner while following up & closing those leads towards a better conversion ratio.
Responsible for providing information, advice and support to the prospective students & parents over phone and in person.
Relationship building with all Stakeholders (engage with TPOs, Coaching centers etc.,).
Create and nurture new agreement with channel partners with direct access to prospective students, other colleges, promotional platforms or events and so on.
To drive the marketing activities that will generate the required leads and enquiries.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales and admissions in a higher education environment
Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making efforts
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
Experience with international student recruitment is a plus
