Job Description

Job Description: • The ideal candidate must be a seasoned professional in either sales, marketing or customer/student/parent interfacing. • High-energy professional possessing a strong sense of urgency with a strong performance-based track record. • Develop strong understanding about the products & leverage those insights while communicating the information to the students & parents • Manage all leads in a structured manner while following up & closing those leads towards a better conversion ratio. ·      Responsible for providing information, advice and support to the prospective students & parents over phone and in person. ·      Relationship building with all Stakeholders (engage with TPOs, Coaching centers etc.,). ·      Create and nurture new agreement with channel partners with direct access to prospective students, other colleges, promotional platforms or events and so on. ·      To drive the marketing activities that will generate the required leads and enquiries. ·       Key Skills: • Strong understanding of how all educational marketing & outreach functions. • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices. • Adapt to work in a fast-paced business environment and deliver within tight deadlines. • Excellent analytical and project management skills. • Structured, disciplined & Organized. • Self-Starter with High energy levels and go - getter attitude. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in sales and admissions in a higher education environment • Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making efforts • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment • Experience with international student recruitment is a plus
