Mindseed Education is a chain of self-operated preschools that transforms traditional education to a personalized approach that focuses on skill development. The organization aims to increase to more preschools and usher in a Learning Revolution in the essential years of 0-6.

We are looking for a Center Head (Preschool) only Females for our preschool, a partner to take Mindseed forward with us.

Location: Koperkhairane, Kamothe, Panvel, Kharghar, Taloja (Navi Mumbai)

CTC - 4 - 4.5 lacs p.a. + Incentives

We are looking for the person who is remarkable at planning & executing, managing a team, building and maintaining relationships, counseling parents and increasing admission numbers and by doing so, increasing the revenue and profitability of your school.

This means a Center Head has to consistently do things like:

• Convert leads to walk ins
• Convert walk ins to admission
• Generate Referral Walk ins
• Generate direct walk ins

Requirements: -

• Any Graduate and additional related degree would be an added advantage
• Experience into Sales or Marketing or Customer Service or Education Industry
• Minimum 3-6 years of exp.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of revenue generation strategies.
• Excellent command over English language verbal and written
