Job Description- Center Head – Company Owned Experience Center
What S/He will do
• Ensure admissions targets are met for the center.
• Counsellor Training and Certification (destination knowledge, converting lead to committed, application management.
• Review weekly/monthly and quarterly team targets of converting prospective students into confirmed admissions to streamlining functional objectives to organizational goals.
• Hire, nurture and lead teams to achieve their targets.
• Responsible for reports, forecasts and performance reviews against the defined metrics.
• Work closely with the leadership in identifying new monetization opportunities and building innovative proposals to ensure business growth.
• Monitor service parameters with operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Assess training needs of team members and collaborate with the training team for enhanced capabilities.
• Stay up to date with competitor movements and ensure team members are aligned with the changing market dynamics.
• Making product wise marketing plans and ensures execution of the same.
• Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory.
• Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development
• To network with Institutions and key decision makers.
• To generate walk -ins within branch.
• To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres, associations, clubs, industry associations etc.
• Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc.
Who you are.
• 8+ years sales and sales management experience in a hyper growth environment – Edtech, Overseas Education.
• Strong track-record of sales experience and exceeding targets.
• Out-of-the-box critical thinking and goals- and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent business/financial acumen and sales pipeline management skills.
• Outstanding communication, mentoring, and coaching skills.
• Master’s degree preferred (sales, marketing, business)
• Proficient in computer applications including CRM, Excel etc.
