The Bright Future College Programme Manager and Facilitator drives the capability-building programs and interventions at the assigned Colleges which are extension centers of Bright Future. The purpose of this role is to partner with colleges and build graduating youth capability in employability skills. This role thus helps Bright Future realize its vision by making graduating youth more employable and building awareness and knowledge in life and industry skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the maximum number of college youth graduating from the assigned colleges are enrolled in the Bright Future programme
- Lesson Planning and Facilitation for Employability and parents Sessions
- Conduct domain-wise assessments for the assigned batch to evaluate the level of the aspirants and support them accordingly
- Facilitate the Mock interview process to ensure that the aspirants are interview-ready
- Coordination with the employer to schedule the interviews, guest lectures and placements etc.
- Exposure Visits: Identify appropriate exposure opportunities for the aspirants from the list of recommended types of institutions and ensure that the visits are done successfully.
- Conduct Post-Training follow-up with college graduates to understand their current status of employment and education
- Maintain documentation on the program to be inputs into the monitoring and evaluation system.

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree is required.
Years Of Experience
- Min. 1 year of experience in as a trainer is mandatory
