Impact & Scope
The Center Manager serves as General Manager of a Score Plus Education Center. This Center provides Test Preparation, Admissions Consulting, Languages Training, and Academic Tutoring support to students seeking to excel in a career for higher studies and better employment opportunities. The Center Manager oversees all aspects of the center including staffing; sales, service, academics, and the overall center P & L. He/she will hire, manage, and coach a team of counselors/advisors and coordinators to achieve financial, service, and academic outcomes.

Leadership
- Recruit, train, manage and coach a team to achieve desired sales, service, and academic outcomes
- Provide ongoing development and training opportunities for team
- Contribute to the overall performance of The Princeton Review and language programs
Business Development & Strategy
- Drive growth of the Center business through development and execution of marketing and sales plans
- Providing complete information to clients based on their needs and aspirations
- Encouraging telephonic leads and leads from other sources to walk into the center for counseling
- By cross-selling relevant products
- Hire, train, and coach team to achieve targets
- Create a welcoming and supportive Center culture for our students and Parents
- Oversee the academic progress of students and assist them in planning their studies and achieving their goals
- Work collaboratively with other departments including outside sales, curriculum, and executive leadership to improve outcomes
- Ensure proper staffing and provide ongoing training and development of staff
- Manage key performance metrics including sales, student retention, academic excellence, and expense management
- Ensure excellence in all student experiences in the local center. Provide enthusiastic, hands-on customer service.
- Conduct presentations to school counselors, prospective and enrolled students
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and institutions within the territory.
- Oversee facilities management
- Administer and Coordinate Center Licenses, Staff Visas, and other day-to-day Center Operations as per the requirement of the Corporate Office.
