Centre Incharge for Pre-School (Job Vacancy)

We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to join our Pre-School team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that the highest standards of care and education are provided to our children.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff, resources, and activities.
• Ensure that the centre is compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children.
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and education.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
• Manage the budget and ensure that the centre is financially viable.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff and ensure that they are supported in their roles.
• Ensure that the centre is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working order.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
