Job Overview

As a Centre Manager at Lakhotia College Of Design, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branches in Hyderabad, Telangana. You will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth functioning, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance. This is a full-time position, suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of the fashion design or education industry is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing quality education and student satisfaction
  • Academic counselling experience will be a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operations of our Banjara Hills branch in Hyderabad, Telangana
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and resolve any operational issues
  • Manage a team of faculty, support staff, and administrative personnel
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student enrolment and retention
  • Counselling students and explaining the courses to prospective students and converting them into admissions
  • Maintain high standards of quality in teaching, curriculum delivery, and student support services
  • Monitor student performance and provide guidance for improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve organizational goals
  • Handle student grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflicts
  • Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights and guidance to students
