Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Education Consultant Network Builder. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and expand a network of education consultants who will facilitate student admissions into universities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the education sector, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with education consultants locally, nationally, and internationally. Develop strategies to expand the consultant network and reach new markets.
  • Provide training and support to education consultants regarding university admissions processes, application requirements, and program offerings.
  • Collaborate with universities to ensure education consultants have up-to-date information on admissions criteria, scholarships, and program details.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate education consultants about the benefits of partnering with our organization.
  • Act as a liaison between education consultants and universities to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract new education consultants to our network. Stay informed about trends and developments in the education industry to identify opportunities for network growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the consultant network and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for students from the consultant network to university enrollment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the education sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.

Knowledge of international education systems and admissions processes is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines.

Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
