The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students. Strong drawing skills are essential to illustrate chemical structures and reactions. In-depth subject knowledge is required to provide comprehensive coaching and guidance to students preparing for competitive exams. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals. Previous experience in coaching for JEE/NEET exams is preferred.
