Class 11-12 Chemistry Teacher for JEE/NEET Coaching (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join our team of educators at our prestigious coaching institute, Tutee kaksha Academy. As a Class 11-12 Chemistry Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Class 11-12 Chemistry, aligned with the JEE and NEET syllabus.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, ensuring effective understanding and retention of concepts.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students, addressing their specific learning needs.
• Create and administer regular assessments, including tests and quizzes, to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare students for competitive exams by conducting regular mock tests and providing feedback on performance.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, and communicate progress to parents/guardians.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry education and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning environment and student outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chemistry Teacher, preferably in a JEE/NEET coaching institute.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the Class 11-12 Chemistry curriculum, JEE/NEET exam pattern, and relevant study materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
